Seven Castles Vacation Solutions

1. General Policy Overview

At Seven Castles Vacation Solutions, we manage a diverse portfolio of exclusive properties. Because these homes are often booked months in advance, a cancellation significantly impacts our homeowners’ ability to re-rent on short notice.

Important: Each property managed by Seven Castles is assigned either a Strict 60-Day or a Strict 30-Day cancellation policy. Please refer to your specific property listing or rental agreement to confirm which policy applies to your stay.

2. Policy Options

Option A: Strict 60-Day Policy

Applies only to properties where the 60-day policy is explicitly listed.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled check-in date (by 11:59 PM local time) will receive a 100% refund (minus non-refundable booking/admin fees).

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days before the arrival date are 100% non-refundable.

Option B: Strict 30-Day Policy

Applies only to properties where the 30-day policy is explicitly listed.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date (by 11:59 PM local time) will receive a 100% refund (minus non-refundable booking/admin fees).

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date are 100% non-refundable.

3. No-Shows & Early Departures

Regardless of the policy assigned to the home, no refunds or credits will be issued for "no-shows," delayed arrivals, or early departures for any reason, including weather, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Because our cancellation policies are strictly enforced based on the property’s designated timeframe, Seven Castles Vacation Solutions strongly recommends that all guests purchase comprehensive Travel Insurance. This is the only way to protect your investment if you must cancel within the non-refundable window.

5. Re-Rental Clause

If a guest cancels within their non-refundable window (under 30 or 60 days), Management will make a reasonable effort to re-rent the property for those dates. If the property is successfully re-booked at the same rate, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Seven Castles, minus a $150 administrative fee
